Hyundai Motor India — regarding venue booking. | |||
I Have Booked My Venue Car 1.2 S Model On 12 June 2019. My Dealer Told Me Your Car Can Arrive On July 15, 2019. Till Date, My Car Not Be Arrived. I Have Contact With A Dealer Regarding This Matter. Now My Dealer Told Me That Hyundai Has Given Us To A Different Model They Have Not To Give Us 1.2 S Model Hyundai Gives 1.0 Model So You Have To Wait For 20 August 2019. In This Case, I Have Tried To Call Your Customer Care And I Have To Tell Him Please You Can Be Called Me Some Higher Authority Who Can Solve My Problem. But No One Can Help Me. As Well As If Hyundai Doing This Mistake In One Of The Most Valuable Cars And They send different model this I did not accept it. The Mistake Is Hyundai And Dealer Side So Why I Have To Suffer The Problem. if someone can talk with me any higher authority about my problem then they give a solution.
