Hyundai Motor India — Regarding warranty claim | |
Respected sir/madam I have purchased a hyundai car on august 2020 {hyundai grand i10 nios}, vin no.MALB351CLLM065706 AS01EL4330 . And recently have been facing serious issues in my suspension setup and my car is in warranty . I am very unhappy to inform you that i have visited the hyundai service center but they are not attending my problem . They lie about this tiny thing saying they have repaired the problem but i have not seen any improvement in the suspension . It is giving sounds and i can clearly say there is something wrong with it .As my car is in warranty i expect that my problem should be solved but i have visited the service center like around 3 times but they dont respond to my problem at all . i am afraid to say that i am going to take a serious legal action about this issue with all valid documents . Its a kind request to yiu that please follow up with this problem or else i will be bound to ask a compensation for this through consumer legal steps . I request to to please resolve my issue as soon as possible, i will wait for some more days pr else i will have take an legal action on this . Hyundai being such a huge brand these type of tiny issue should be resolved as soon as possible . I boight my car from MUKESH HYUNDA GANESHGURI branch and taken it for service in the MUKESH HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION . Please get back to me as soon as possible with this issue solved . If my problem is not solved i will have to take this issue up with the names of the service head of hyundai to the consumer court and claim for compensation for my loss .Please look into this as soon as possble . regards, Swapnaneel gupta guwahati assam .
