Hyundai Motor India — Repair after accident, poor customer service, delay in delivery even after promised dates | |||||
Attitude of repair workers is not good.The initial date of delivery after repairs was conveyed to me was on may last week which was further delayed to June first week.On visit to service center on 10th June, there was no authorised person in the repair section who could entertain or answer my queries.The flaws in customer service of hyundai is not acceptable and causing major problems in my daily commutation to office.I want my car repaired by the 20th of this month failing which I shall lodge a complaint against the company services with the hyundai head office and insurance agencies.
