Hyundai Motor India — repeated oil chamber breakining probelem

i hv purchased my grand I-10 car last year 2nd april 2014 I had suffered lot of different kind of problem of its oil chamber bursting out with a slight touch of ground two times in just a period of 30 days. we have found out that its oil chamber is too low to ground in compare to other cars.we r really very much disturded due to this and fm last 10 days my car is lying in the work shop. company must immidiately see this genuine probelem due to wrong design of car chamber which will again create probelem. its now became very risky to drive such a car.
