Hyundai Motor India — replacement of new tyre

I have purchased a i 20, AP21 AZ 1917 new car on 02/07/2014, Went for first service at kurnool AP on 28/07/2014, The engineer observed a defect in one tyre, and advised us to claim replacement from Appolo tyres we have handed over the same to appolo tyres Kurnool.But till date we have not received the tyre.We are very disappointed, and desided to go to consumer forum after hereing from you.
