Hi,
on 10th Oct 2019 at night 9 PM my vehicle suddenly behaved abnormally and i was not able to start my Vehicle and vehicle was parked on Road Side.I called your RSA no and asked for assistant.And fortunately i did not got any assistant or help from your team.Below are the points.
1.When a person is asking for assistant them money comes first or help should come first?you team asked me to pay 885 first to get the service and since i was helpless some how manged to pay it online.
2.You C care people told that as soon as you will pay online we will call you back ans assist you.No one called me till 15 to 20 mins.
3.Rather i called your customer care several times and asked about the progress.After 30 to 40 mins of time when i called again and again they responded saying i will take minimum 60 mins or more to provide service.
4.This continued for one hour and then some one called me and told me that they cant provide service at that point and they will send the technician next day morning.
5.At night 10 PM how come your company is expecting us to throw our car on road side and go home and sleep and come back in next morning to get it repaired?
Is it the kind of road side assistance you Hyundai is providing and is it the way your customer care people are taught to talk with people.

Although i cancelled the RSA request by calling your customer care but no response got from them and no sms saying my request is cancelled.
Hope Hyundai will look into it and provide proper resolution and strict action.
Definitely i am going to provide my negative feedback to every one and let them know about the worst service of Hyundai.
I know you are going to put it in dustbin still expect some response.
