Hyundai Motor India — Rsa false commitment | |||||
I hold Fluidic Verna TNA04 AP0991. I had logged complaint on 6 Dec 2015 ( complaint No : 170198 ). Until date I had called your customer care everyday and everyday they give me false commitment. My 1 yr new car had started to Rust and until now no response from your C.C even after detailed explanation. No Transparency and Integrity from Hyundai. Inbetween I was told Badraa Hyundai (Tondiarpet, Chennai ) will pick my vehicle but the dealer has no information on the same and denies. I want my car to be taken for service as committed and require full support as guaranteed while selling this 1 Million car to me !!! Expedite or I will be forced to write a report to Media and Newspaper to alert public on false hope given by Hyundai on this disaster time. Be transparent and act truly .pls don't cheat us.
