Hyundai Motor India — rude behavior from mr. pathak from kripa automotive, noida | |||
I am the owner of grand i10 purchased from nirmal hyundai noida in 2015. Always recommended friends and family to buy hyundai cars only and converted most of them to hyundai. Unfortunately, i paid amount of rs. 20, 000 as a token amount for creta. I was approaching since last month but dealer nirmal hyundai mr. Pathak not took initiative and still struggling for car. Mr. Pathak never even bothered and cared his customers and the way he talks is like customer is begging for car. As month is over, i called him but did not find suitable answer as usual. We both got angry and abused each other. Now they have denied to book an order. Since there was a festival called sawan in this month we were continuously requesting them to place an order but due to dealer's financial issues they were stretching time. The month is almost over now and they couldn't help there customer. Their is a complete harassment from nirmal hyundai and no one bothered except few people like ms. Mallika & mr. Shabas. Taking money back is not an issue but yes i am sure that my recommendation for hyundai will stop immediately and what about the harassment we had in last month. Such a person like mr. Pathak will not even bring down the impression but leaving bad remarks on hyundai brand. Hope company will look into it and resolve this issue sincerely so that none of the customer will lost faith on brand name Was this information helpful? | |||
