Hyundai Motor India (Sai Auto Hyundai) — Increase of pricing without notification to customer. | |||||
Hyundai dealer Sai Auto Hyundai borivli east has increased the pricing of the creta car (1.6 diesel) without any information. All the money from self and bank has been taken on of before 15th Sept 2015, to avail the car during second week of Nov 2015. After the payment dealer is asking for additional money for process the car papers, saying 35 K approx need to be paid for delivery. During the period dealer has not at all shown any interest on support to customer. Now as company has increased the pricing we are increasing the same is the answer we are getting from them. There is no additional features are added to car - so y the increase is done. No one Hyundai or dealer is answering on the same. Similar issues has been faced during payment of insurance also, dealer was asking higher amount than std pricings in market - after lot of communications with Hyundai and dealer they have taken some action. this is absolute bulling on customers who believe on indian governments pricing policies.
