Hyundai Motor India — santro xing very bad service

I had worst experience with KUN UNITED HYUNDAI, IDA, Uppal branch. I have taken my Santro Xing car for general service. My car had no issues and I have given my car in this service center only for general service. While delivering my car after general service, the manager (who's name is Naveen) told me that the car has problem with steering and you need to change steering rack assembly in the next service. Frankly saying, I have good driving habits and I don't even use the steering if the car is stand still meaning I only use steering to rotate wheels only my car is in moving at least a little bit. So, my car steering was so smooth and many times I was amazing by its smoothness. When he says, I got astonished. I felt something is wrong in my mind. Just one day after delivery, the steering became very tight and started making noise when I try to rotate wheels. No doubt, they have used my steering rack assembly to another car which came for the service. I have taken to the same service center and told him that my car steering became tight and making noise. The same person (Naveen) suggested that, instead of replacing the assembly we will get it repaired at Ameerpet so that you can reduce the cost. I said Ok. After 3 days he called me for the delivery. They charged me around 8k for that repair. While taking the delivery I have observed a low noise coming from the steering. He said, the noise will go away few movements later. I said Ok and taken the car. Very next day it started making the same noise. I went to same service center and asked them for the same. He (Naveen) said noise will go Sir. I have not convinced with his answer and asked him to show the receipts or some papers to know if it is actually got repaired at Ameerpet. I realized that, he didn't even sent the part to Ameerpet for the repair. Again, leave your car here sir so that I will get it repaired again. I left the car. After, 3 days he delivered my car but with same issue remains after 3 days. I have decided not to go to that service center any more.

Friends, go to Hyundai service centers only if your car is under warranty and until all your free services are done. After that don't go to these service centers. Staff is doing fraud and the company has no clue about it. They will start steeling your car's valuable parts after warranty. It is better to get your car serviced at a good local service centers with very less service cost. Good luck guys.
