Hyundai Motor India — Service!! Accessories instalation | |||||
Dear Managers recently I purchased a creta car and very happy with performance and comfort. Thank you for that!! I need to install some accessories in my car (parking sensor & some others) and for that I contacted Fusion Hyundai, Medchal Highway, Old Bowenpally, Hyderabad - 5000011 on Saturday 7th January. Mr. Santosh who is in charge for accessory said all the technicians are busy and ask me to contact next days. When I contacted him on Wednesday 11th for availability he said come we will do that. After I reached to his office from more than 30 KM he was not available in his office and his assistant said no technicians are available for today. I tried to call him several time but he was unable to lift his phone and after 30 minutes his assistant came to me and said the color of sensor which need to be install in my car is not available. Then I contacted the branch manager but he was unable to help me. I thought Hyundai is good company not only for vehicles but for servicing & customer relation after sales as well. But I feels very bad the way peoples are responding to costumer. I used car before from other two companies and never feel that bad experience with them. I hope you understand the problem and give training to your employees even if they are not directly linked to Hyundai. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
