Hyundai Motor India — service center fault

Date my car was picked from home for regular service & dry cleaning: 6 nov 2017
At evening 6 nov 2017 : they sent my car back, & the problems got started
1st there was a rpm problem, i sent car back...

2nd day 7nov 2017 evening : same concern (I told mr rajinder that my car was in good condition when it was sent for servive & now this concern has to be solved by service center)

3rd day: 8th nov 2017 evening: same concern (Rajinder singh (Service manager) called up & begged me to come for a test drive next day)... I told mr. Rajinder, that if i come over there for a test, i can most test it for 10-15 min & what after that?, what if i found some issue with my car after that, in a period of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month. Because this issue was not there at 1st place that was generated by service center's carelessness...& mr. Rajinder assured me that if any concern is found i can call them during the period of coming 2 months... (This conversation is recorded on my phone)

4th day: 9th nov: i took a day off from office & went there sharp @ morning 9:30 for a test, i tested for 10 min, all looked good, suddenly i found an issue that if i turn steering to extreme levels car start to make some noises that wasn't there at any point of time since 2005... Mr. Rajinder told me it's some issue with shockers & the advisor handed over to me a list of parts to be changed to stop that noise... That costs in thousands & i reacted to it that this wasn't an issue when car came in to service center, how come this happen now?.. & as they assume that i was about to complain about this issue to their seniors, they told me to wait for 5 min, & magic, the noise was gone... I tested again & found all good, they handed over to me bill as soon as they could & some feedback forms... Even on 4th day i gave them a pretty good feedback more than they deserve, i paid full amount (More than 7000 rs) without any questions...

I came out to pick my car & i found it all dusty from out & inside too, i asked advisor, if it was well dry cleaned & his answer was that since it's an old car it can not be cleaned further, let me share some pix, so you will get better idea of what kind of dust i found in a newly dry cleaned car (Plz see attached)... I still wasn't bothered much as i was in a hurry to reach office

Now on my way back to home & in between road all of a sudden car stopped & i found my gear lever is stuck.. I could not change gear at all, luckily i was near home & took help from some rikshaw wala's to drag my car off road... I had to take full day off from office

I raised a complaint at hyundai cc... They connected me to hans hyundai & someone there was suggesting me a crane's service number, i told him that it's service center's fault so they should arrange whatever service they want, but i want my car ok... They disconnected

At evening mr. Rajinder singh callled me & now service center's employees are all in some different tone, they are telling me that it will be a paid repair (My question is why?), i have to bear crane charges, because car will be toed to service station (My question is still why i have to bear that?)...& as i suspected from start mr. Rajinder singh used technique telling me that "i (Customer) myself tried the car before leaving service station", i told him what about that 2 month's promise of, if any concern rises within 2 months, i can contact him, & his answer was that sir it's an internal fault & we did not touch that part...

Now my question is
If they kept my car from past 3 days & they were testing it on road...
No complaints were there in my car before it was sent to service station
Then how come within 1 hour of leaving service station this issue can is there?

& also i told them to arrange a pickup today itself so my car can be repaired asap without wasting further time..

There answer: we will talk to our seniors & get back to you, our senior is not present at office today.. (& mind it a senior service manager is giving that answer)...

My car is still sitting here near my house, no one seems to care about their faults & liabilities to customer, they got paid & there concerns are over now...

Now my request is to all the helpful people behind this great name hyundai, plz don't let this service station ruin the reputation & image of the brand that we admire from years... We were very happy & proud to drive santro since 2005 & all of a sudden these strange conflicts are effecting our trust... We used to admire our car in front of our friends & relatives in every aspect either it's mileage or long lasting or cost effectiveness, but we doubt if we can continue to do so..

We are still hopeful that customer care team will not let us down & our car will get serviced & repaired with no extra charges, we already paid full for the service (May be more than that) & that service center's fault should all be beard by service center itself...
