Hi,
I had given my car for Repair at Advaith Hyundai Service Center, Bannerghatta Road in November and due to rain, my vehicle was lodged with Rain water (dirty water) and they took 3-4 days of time and delivered my car in very bad condition. The car was stinking like a garbage, the carpet, floor mat and the entire car was with mud/dirt. The inside of the car was wet and was not properly cleaned. When I complained to the manager at the time of delivery, I was told that it was a natural calamity and there were around 25 cars of the same state. Further they wanted me to come back again and leave car once the sun was out for another 4-5 days. I complained to HMIL on this on 8th Nov after which the a customer executive called me up and asked to leave the car for another 7-8 days so that they can check the problem. When I replied them that I cannot leave the car for 7-8 days and asked them what will they do to rectify the problem, I was not given a proper reply.
The think is that the service center people were not serious to have the issue sorted. it was like its a natural calamity which was not in any ones hand and they were helpless. When i took the delivery and told them the car brakes are making noise, they said it would be because of the dust in the brake pad due to lodging of rain water and will clear over 2 days.
This was the damage which was visible but not sure what all damages the water lodging would have created.
