Hyundai Motor India — service of verna car at nirmal hyundai noida | |||||
I got my car verna serviced on 7th march and paid a bill of rs 9449/ for the same. Car was delivered to me by the evening and the same would not start next morning. I informed the nirmal hyundai about the same and they sent one technician to sort out the issue but he wasted his /mine two hours and could not locate the fault in the vehicle. He informed his office accordingly and hyundai team after another to take the vehicle to the workshop. Car was returned to me in the evening after carrying out the said repair. This is the worst experience of my life that car would not start after carrying out the service by the reputed dealer/workshop. They explained that the coupler was loose and apologise for The same. This shows that there are no checks and no one is responsible for the same. I would like the same be investigated and due benefit be given to the undersigned.
