Hyundai Motor India — service related issue in express hyundai chennai | |
I have given my hyundai i10 car for regular service in authorized express hyundai showroom, sholinganallur, chennai. When i received the car after service i got few problems due to service fault. When i reported this to the service engineer he politely accepted and asked to send the vehicle again and also admitted that the faults which i told were not there when i sent for service. I was happy that they accepted and told that they will do it at free of cost. Due to my tight schedule i could not send my car for service. I informed the front office in sholinganallur and she accepted to get it done during next service. This time when i got a call for service, i was redirected to arumbakkam center and they also promised to address the complaints there. I gave my car and the service representative asked it will be chargeable as it was not their mistake. When i enquired back in sholinganallur, the front office executive told she will check but never responded back. This way i was cheated by express hyundai. I hope some necessary action will be taken and dealer will asked to given proper response for this misconduct by hyundai india. Am planning to do all my further repairs and services in a normal service center and definitely not with hyundai authorized centers. Was this information helpful? | |
