Hyundai Motor India — Servicing delay

I have booked online service of my car creta on 1 nov 2016 and taken appointmnet on 3 nov 2016 at 9 am... I reached at service station..but they are not servicing my car...saying we will deliver ur car at 5 pm...how much time u take to service ka car...what is the use of online booking time slot.. Service center name jsv hyundai vibhuti khand gomti nagar lucknow..
