Hyundai Motor India — Servicing not done properly | |||
I am having hyundai Eon basic model Reg. No. MP-09-CN-5464 which I bought on 16th Nov. 2013. This was its third free servicingdue on 16th of Nov. 2015 on which Oil, Oil filter and other things related to it should have been due to be changed. I gave the vehicle for servicing on 14th of Nov. 2015 morning and the attender was Mr. Abhishek Tomar. He checked the vehicle and everything was ok but only complaint was of pick up and Door voice. He prepared the job card and gave one copy to me and promised to change oil and filter and other things related to it and vehicle would be delivered at 2.00 O'clock. At the due time i called him up and he told me that vehicle is ready for delivery. I reached at the service center behind Radisson Blue hotel, indore and me and my driver checked the vehicle and my driver right away told me that oil filter has not been changed at all. I called Mr. Abhishek and asked about the complaint of my driver he didn't answer properly and get into the office and never came out despite i called him twice. This shows the malafide intentions of the service centers of Hyundai who deliberately cheats its customers by charging for the parts not changed and even not answered the querries properly. They just washed the vehicle and done nothing. Even the door noice was as it is. so please look into the matter and solve it otherwise i will be constrained to take legal action.
