Washing of Sheet cover instead of Dry cleaning on 14/09/2014 of my CAR No. DL 7CP-5057. When I handed over the CAR for Servicing I was told that sheet covers needs Dry cleaning and charged RS. 700/-for the same (Copy of Service bill enclosed for your ready reference). But sorry to inform that instead of Dry cleaning, the sheet cover were washed with water and fitted on the sheets. Due to high water content there was bad smell in the car your representative Mr. Arif attended the CAR when I contacted the Customer Care, Ms Puja called for the CAR on[protected] but the CAR is yet to be delivered to me. I am hiring Taxi since[protected] @ Rs. 2000/- per day. You are therefore, requested intimate as why such things have happened and ensure for immediate handing over the CAR. and Rs. 700/- charged for Dry clean needs to be reimbursed to me along with Taxi hire charges @ Rs. 2000/- per day from 19 Sept’14 to 22 sept’14 the sheet have been damaged which are to be replaced at your cost
