[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — six month old vehicle, front seat railings both got damaged by rust forming. | |||||
I’m sorry to say I’m writing this email with bitter experience from your prestigious organization. This is regarding, my Grand i10- Asta (P) bought on Jan, 1st 2018 from Kun Hyundai (Pallikaranai, CHENNAI). In a span of SIX months, both Driver & co Driver seat Railings has got Damaged and started CORROSION of IRON. This decay of Material (assembly rails) got failure/stuck. I contacted the Dealer cum service center many times and explained about the issue, but I didn’t get any permanent solution on the issue concern from the Service center. I got mentally agony with your service center response. Hence, I kindly request Hyundai Customer care, to take necessary action and do replace both the Seat Railings and prove that I purchased a good brand vehicle only. Thanks!
