Hyundai Motor India — Smaller size stepney tyre & disc in Santro Sports car

I had purchased a Hundai santro sportz variant car in dec-2020.of late when i attended a puncture of tyre i found that the stepeny size is smaller than the regular tyres. When inquired i was told by the dealer at Utkal Hundai Jajpur Road that this the policy of the company to give smaller tyres in case of alloy wheels. As my car is not alloy wheel i should have been provided a regular tyre & disc. So, i request for providing me a regular tyre&disc.
