[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — SPARE PART ESP MOTOR NOT AVAILABLE WITH THE COMPANY | |||
My HYUNDAI CAR i20, Registration number: WB06F9873, STEERING WHEEL HAD BECOME VERY HARD . WE HAD TAKEN THE CAR TO SAINI HYUNDAI, ON 07-10-14, AND WERE TOLD THAT THE ESP MOTOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE COST WOULD BE IN THE RANGE OF[protected]. THE ORDER FOR THE SAME WAS PLACED . HOWEVER TILL DATE, INSPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS to HYUNDAI MOTORS, VIA EMAIL AND ON PHONE, THE PART HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. MY BACK PAIN HAS BEEN EXACERBATED AS DRIVING WITHOUT THE POWER STEERING IS VERY STRENOUS. THE LAST COMPLAINT TO HYUNDAI WAS ON 25-10-14 . PREVIOUS COMPLAINT NO IS[protected]. THE LAST UPDATE WHICH WE RECEIVED FROM HYUNDAI HELPDESK WAS THAT THE PART IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE. IF THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SPARE PARTS IT SHOULD COMPENSATE THE CONSUMER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR PROVIDE IT WITH A TEMPORARY VEHICLE TILL THEY ARE ABLE TO REPLACE THE PART. WE WOULD LIKE YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH HYUNDAI AND REDRESS OUR GRIEVANCES. Was this information helpful? | |||
