I have put additional warranty for New Santro car spares. My remote key is not working properly. I visited showroom for claim warranty. Sales person said that we will order new key and let you know once received. But 4 months gone there is no response. I called many times he said it's in processing.. Now he is saying I'm not responsible company didn't send what can I do? said like this.
