Hyundai Motor India — Spare wheel

Hi my self Rajesh and i lives in Delhi, I have a Santro car which i have given for service in Mundaka workshop on[protected] and take it on[protected] but at the time i gave my car there was a new spare wheel but at time i have taken it back there was an old wheel when i complained about they told me to change it within few days, but yet they didnt change it please look into the matter and resolve my problem.
