I had purchased hyundai santo (Sportz) as on 15.05.2019 from joshi hyundai situated at mohali.

From the very first month of purchase, i am facing many issues with the driving comfort of the car.
At the first instance in the starting month of buying, suddenly there was some noise came out of the car engine which resulted in break failure, with the grace of god i had managed to stop the car by using hand brake of the car. And in this regard i had visited the concerned service centre of joshi hyundai-chandigarh, after complete inspection of the car, they updated that there is some loose bolt in the engine of the car and they have tightened the same and assured to me there would not be any such instance repeated in future.
Now again on 13.01.2020, again i had faced the same problem of brake failure along with crack in the front windshield of the car by using defogger.

First issue : repeat of break failure
I was going to my home on 13.01.2020, while driving the brake pedal got free and touched the bottom of the car. There was some noise come out from the engine (Which seems like if somebody is dragging a steel rod to some part of the car or road.) which again resulted in brake failure. To again save on my life, i applied hand brake in the car to stop. There were no pressure again in the brake pedal for some time, after stopping the car by putting suddenly hand brake, i again tried to check the car brake pedal and then pressure in the brake pedal started building up after so many attempts of applying brake. Hence the pressure built and brake was getting applied after some time. Again on the very next day with repeated issue of brake failure, i visited service centre of joshi hyundai-chandigarh, they issued a job card to me in this regard and again inspected the complete car breaking system and again assured to me this would not happen again as they were unable to identify any issue with braking. But it is surprised to understand in the evening i had received a call from joshi hyundai, and they are ready to replace the some components of brake to resolve the issue. I am unable to understand if there seems some issue with the brake which they might have found later on, they should have this rectified at the very first instance.
How can they put my life at risk again with the faulty breaking system which can be a manufacturing defect?

Second issue : windshield breakage
A day before brake failure due to fog i applied defogger in for removal of fog from the front windshield, there appears a small sign of crack in the corner which is kept extending day by day to the centre of the windshield.

I am again unable to understand how can defogger resulting in the breakage of the windshield. The service manager at the service centre has given the outright refusal to me to without even putting this up with hyundai. They are pre-assumed regarding the refusal for the same.

Then i again requested mr rohit (Sales employee at joshi hyundai) he, on his personal level, requested their warranty manager to put these issues up with hyundai, after a day i am being told that they got the refusal for replace of windshield due to some minor scratch on the windshield. Which is again verbal as no refusal note has been shared with me.

As a consumer, i have not spent appox 5.50 lac from my hard earned to money to keep myself at risk. This is also to inform you that i would be taking this up with consumer court at your cost

Yesterday, i visited the joshi hyundai. Mr jaswal - service manager confirmed and updated to us that mr nitin is not available and the case has been assigned to some third person although he had a discussion with him telephonically.

Mr jaswal updated us that they are ready to change master cylinder basis our request. But he has confirmed verbally that they are ready to replace windshield at 50% waiver from hyundai. (As per approval received by mr jaswal)
My second concern with the car is still pending for resolution, beings wht i am being forced to pay rest 50%.

On my request for remaining 50% waiver, mr jaswal instructed me to call mr nitin being he is authorized for the remaining waiver and accordingly as per discussion with mr jaswal they will take up and check the matter with higher authorities.

Kindly expedite and look into the matter as soon as possible as car has already been handed over to joshi hyundai chandigarh.

I had purchased new Hyundai santro on 25.09.2019 hence car was delivered to me with dent on driver side back door.
After few months my car was indicating engine symbol on my display.
after tow months again same problem now the car is continuously vibrating and indicating engine symbol.

My car is just 03 months old.
