My car Hyundai verna ( 2016) met an accident, the front portion of car ( bonnet, bumper. Headlight, engine block assembly ) was destroyed and subsequently repaired/changed by your body shop at Safdargunj motors ( udyog Vihar, Gurgaon).
The entire accident was major, I was saved as I wear seat belt, the steering hit my chest rib bone cage and still I have pain in chest while coughing .
I am very disappointed with technical fault in your verna, as the air bags were not opened and it could have more disaster and I could have lost my life too.
I am not sure whether post accidental repair the sensors are there or not, whether that will work in future, when needed and how Hyundai company ensure my life ( a loyal customer’s life) who always believe in “Hyundai that they must have done all the checks and tests before selling this car to me and my familyâ€.
But found that Hyundai also doing same commercial business in the name of quality . Was this information helpful? |
