Hi, I purchased my hyundai creta from arise hyundai srinagar in july 2020, few days before I spotted some bubles/blisters on my painted areas. I rushed to the dealership and complained about the issue, they clicked the required photographs, but from then on, they have not contacted me. It has been 15 days then on. Please address my issue as early as possible. Thanks.

    1 Tyre of car got bulged out from side when total running of car was 7000 KM, till now i have been running on Stepny and when went to Sharayu Hyundai, Navi Mumbai, i have been informed that warranty cannot be claimed for the tyre since its not a manufacturing defect. Tyre comes with a warranty of running upto 1lakh KM. I don't understand if bulging out of tyre can't be claimed under warranty then what can be?

        Here I am talking about Ganesh Hyundai { Vadodara, Gujarat }

        My car accident occurred on 14th February. Although, I put my car on same day at workshop but till now I do not received my car.
        Even though I will not not recommend nears and dears to purchase Hyundai cars because of it's poor services. Moreover, I am here requesting to company to solve my problem and take action against dealer. I'm very frustrate right now I miss my car a lot. However, In this pandemic situation it's very harsh to go out without car. While, the time of hospitalization of my mom, it is very difficult to manage all thing without having car. Thank you I have a hope from company to resolve my issues.

          Dear Sir,

          I purchased i 20 from Pune (Garve Hyundai) and after that got the vehicle serviced at Pune, Palakkad and Coimbatore. Recently I moved to Madurai. I gave my i20 for service at Pee Yes Yem Hyundai as this is nearest to me. As I was not fully satisfied with the service, when they called for rating, I expressed my views that I am not satisfied. then they told that they will come and will rectify. But they didnot come. When I got a call from Delhi for rating, I again expressed my views. Even after this no one bothered even to call me and I am driving my i20 with the defects.
          My i20 number is MH14GN8317.
          Please help me .

              Clutch plate and Clutch Master Cylinder replaced at Kanchan Hyundai, Udupi, Karnataka

              Complaint no 3 : Clutch Plate Problem Date : 19.04.2021.
              Vehicle towed to Kanchan Hyundai, Udupi. Karnataka. Vehicle is there in the Show room..

              I have purchased the vehicle in the year of 2019 March 29, with in 2 years my vehicle got replaced of clutch plate with master cylinder 2 times. My family was travelling in time of break of clutch plate. Also broken down in got section. 2nd time when we gone for Kanchan Hyundai, Udupi, they have given the promise that, the same problem will not repeat.
              Now Dated : 19.04.2021 again the same problem happened for my vehicle, that also in got section, My family got struck in road and also in forest area. I have spent Rs.10000/- to reach my family to our destination. You have to compensate the amount. Brand new vehicle within 2 years this type of major issue, I decided that I don’t want the Vehicle, I need new vehicle to be replaced or else I will go for legal as well as put subject in media also

                I have placed an order to buy Hyundai Verna and payed to token amount in first week of Feb. The dealer assured me that he would be providing the vehicle in time frame of 1.5-2 months. Till date I haven't received the vehicle. Since I am a defence officer, I am buying the vehicle through canteen. The manager was not even aware of the canteen procedure and instead of me confirming him about it he was unsure. Finally I spoke the canteen officer and he confirmed the manager that the custom only is supposed to place order.
                Now everything including canteen transactions have been done but still the manager is telling about furthermore procedure and delays. It seems he ain't aware of in vogue rules and wants to work in his own comfort & time zone.
                Also along with the vehicle the sales executive told me to provide the car Mats, mud flaps complementary to which he is denying completely. He told me to pay Rs 4780 for RTO inspection, and when I crossed checked, the cost for RTO was only 1400 rest he was silently charging for mud flaps & mats. Really Hyundai such incompetent & unprofessional staff. I am regretting my decision to buy car from your brand. I could have bought simply Tata.

                  I have purchased Aura E on dated 13/04/21
                  When j have booked this car dealer commit me they will give me 4000 corporate discount.
                  But after purchasing dealer tottly denied and he said that you are not eligible for this discount.
                  My question is : if I not eligible for this discount why you demanded my salary slip and office id Card, and why you mentioned on booked file corporate discount.

                    I Have purchased Hyundai venue car in the month of september, 2020. There is complain from the very first day. but service dealer said that there is problem in diesel because of not good quality of diesel. Now again the same situation we are facing when we have drive car in highway with a speed of 100 there is problem we are facing. we have given our car to service center at vapi (Divine Hyundai, Vapi) since 15 days but problem has not resolved and service manager said that give us 1 week of time we will replace the hardware part in diesel engine. After that he said that there is no warranty after fitting new hardware part in car.

                    I am very disappointing about service and Hyundai is big brand, It is such a shameless thing. I will not recommend to others to buy specially Hyundai Venue basic model.

                    I want total replacement.

                    I need answer on urgent basis.

                    Please look into the matter

                          I booked Creta on 31st Jan21 with commitment to deliver within a 2 month time period but after approx two & half months there is still no confirmation about delivery of vehicle.
                          Now Dealer want extra money from me to deliver CAR and it is a favor to me. As per them I have to invest approx 40k INR extra for accessories and extended warranty.
                          I received a call from Roshan Motors Shyam nagar JAipur (Raj.) that they have a Creta in Titan Grey colour and if I am ready to take Grey colour against my requirement of Black colour than they can give in Grey colour to me against my booking but I have to invest 40k INR extra for accessories and extended warranty and Manager Manju was pressurizing me against my wish If i will not invest she will allot this vehicle to other customer, As per her she is favouring me otherwise other dealers are taking more than 100k INR extra for accessories and shared some examples.
                          I have been using Hyundai vehicles only since 2010, first Santro than I20 now I booked Creta.
                          This is showing I made a mistake to book a Hyundai Vehicle where there is no value for the customer.
                          First time this is my worst experience with Hyundai Team when I am requesting for delivery of a vehicle against two and half month old booking, but dealer wants more money instead of facilitating customers.

                            I had booked breeza along time ago and given the amount Rs.5000. Due to some reason registration got cancelled and now company is not giving the amount back. I have been calling hyundai company located in indrapuram multiple times but they always said the cheaque is not yet assigned. I have been calling Ms. Anjali multiple times but she is not considering my issue properly. I want to go legal now and will file a case as the company is not providing the cheque. I have given application twice but they are not addressing my issue. The hyundai showroom is in Indrapuram, ghaziabad. To whom so ever it is concered please look into it asap.

                              My car has clutch problem, i called V3 Hyundai service center Perungudi chennai, And my car was taken from service centre with service centre driver, on 08/04/2021. As per service centre record my car was entered 12.40pm, i was waiting for call for service i didn't get any call regarding what issues my car, than i called 5.40pm and i asked why you didn't call for my car issue, they replied our service engineer call for that, i said i don't do the any service please return, i got back my car without any service, So i complained to chennai regional chennai office, i didn't get any response from regional chennai office.

                                Complaint matters:
                                1)Delay in delivery of car constituting faulty commitment
                                2)Delivering different color car of what was actually offered and agreed
                                3)Ancillary services- Providing the insurance which was inappropriate and unreasonable Offered insurance of lesser value against money collected for costlier one
                                4) Delay in RTO Registration & Not even provided in spite of taking advance regarding the same and due to which we have faced Financial and Health issues incurring lacs of losses
                                5) Violation of my consumers rights and defaulting in the service offered by them
                                Case: I have booked Hyundai Creta SX(O) IVT at Kamal Hyundai, Alroli, Navi Mumbai, through its DSA Family Motors in Ahmedabad as on 30th January, 2021 who has provided me quote as under and committed that I will get Car within 7 days and White Car will be provided since car is ready with the Dealer. That is the reason being in Ahmedabad I have booked my Car with him.
                                The details of Quote provided is as under:

                                Discount Offered by Family Motors 21, 500 Family Motors to be payable to Family Motors 1, 69, 493. The copy of quote by the Family Motors team and also quote from Kamal Hyundai is attached herewith.
                                I have paid the payment through my personal account and Loan of Rs. 8, 00, 000/- from Union Bank of India, Khanpur Branch. All the payment has been made cleared on 4th February, 2021. And after making complete payment to Kamal Hyundai and also to Family Motors, the agent of Family Motors named Sumit Patel informed me that since there is a shortage of Supply of Car so you have to bear premium in Car and for that I will get Insurance of Rs. 39, 793/- only from TATA AIG instead of Insurance of Hyundai Company but I have to pay full amount for the same. It was a really shocking and clear case of Cheating by the Agent or Company that we were unable to understand but since every procedure has been completed and even the Bank has disbursed the Loan so we have to forego the same at that moment of time. Then family motors started to make commitments now and then for delivery of Car and then after various follow ups the car was finally delivered on 10th February, 2021. The Bank Payment receipt from Kamal Hyundai, Invoice Copy and Insurance Copy is attached herewith. After delivery of Car Family Motors have committed that RTO And Municipality Tax payment will be done within same day of receiving of Car, but again they have started to give Mental agony and harassment and not paid my taxes and when I made more than 150+ follow ups he was committing that he will pay taxes sometimes site is not working sometimes his person is outside and he will reimburse the amount but nothing work out. Out of total follow up they have ignored us and also made false commitments misusing our Money and making us harass. My whole team was trying to follow them up. Then when I have threaten him about police complaint he paid Rs. 1, 04, 000/- only on 26th February, 2021 instead of total money, and even I have to pay Penalty for late payment of Taxes and even have to bear Agent Charges also whereas my RTO agent manages to complete the work within 48 hours and hence in such a manner lot of Mental harassment and agony was made during this process.
                                Hyundai being one of the best Car Distributor Company in India and also MNC, one cannot expect such a poor service and looting of Money where more money is taken towards Insurance and less amount of Insurance is delivered to us.
                                Similarly, non delivering of service for eg. Delivering Car after a Week after making all the commitments and also not paying Taxes and also charging Rs. 6, 000/- as Driver Charges and utilizing money of Taxes for some personal use which they have collected on 5th February up to 26th February and we have to face Penalty and all other harassment.
                                We request you to reimburse me all the extra money collected from your Agent and also the amount of Penalty and agent charges including Rs. 10 lacs for mental harassment and wastage of time by the Company people and their agent.

                                  I booked a car at Kun Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad branch paying the booing fee and they were so promising and confirming that they will deliver the car within waiting period which is 3 months. In between I trie to reach them and they are always changing the expectations and status from date to date. Finally I have completed 3 months and now they are saying and sending a message I may have to wait for 8 months. Very sour experience for my first dream car.

                                    We have booked the car CRETA E with booking NO:-KKP244/20-21 on 8-jan-2021.the vehicle delivery commitment date has been crossed and it almost 100 days.but still the vehicle has not alloted for us.and still there is no confirmation of vehicle allotment date.so please look into and check whether they are going to allot the vehicle immediately are we need to cancel the vehicle.

                                      I have purchased creta 2020 model on 13/06/2020. After 10 days of purchase i have noticed that right side ORVM is shaking when the car is in neutral and at the same time left side ORVM has no issue of shaking or vibration. I told this issue to service center and they tried to tighter the nuts of ORVM to solve the issue but it still remains the same and then as per hyundai company’s instruction they have used washer to absorbe the vibration and to control the shakiness of the mirror. But the issue is not solved. They told me that the company said that there is no solution of it and all diesel creta has this issue with right side ORVM and petrol creta has issue of shaking in left side ORVM. This is the manufacturing defect and company has no solution for it then why company launched this product with errors. The interior fiber materials are so cheap that whenever you touch them they make plastic noise. And still i can’t get solution for the issue of Vibration and Shaking in right side ORVM. Customer purchases a car worth Rs 16 lakh and company can’t solve the customer’s problem and sales defective cars to the customers.

                                        Why so much delay for deliery of vehicle when i alreay paid full amount to your dealer before 45 days.

                                        Its really very annoying to know that after commitment of various date from the delivery i am not getting proper responce from the dealer.
