I have taken your so called "24hours Roadside Assistance" membership and to my utmost disappointment. The road assistance is just another way for Hyundai to earn money. The Road assistance program comes with the following benefits: 1)Break Down/Accident : Roadside repair or vehicle recovery in case of breakdown/road traffic accident. 2)Tire Related : Tire punctures-replacement of punctured tire with the spare tire. 3)Battery Related : Dead battery-jump start. 4)Key Related : Locked keys, lost keys or broken vehicle keys. 5)Fuel Related : Out of fuel, incorrect fuel or contaminated fuel My car is not getting started since morning and it is parked in a residential parking slot. Your Call centre executive(Mr. Kushwahal) and even their seniors (Mr. Chirag) clearly refused to help me. Instead, Mr. Chirag disconnected the phone in the middle of a conversation. As per your team, the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Policy says that client has to move the vehicle to an open area where they can tow the car. As far as I can understand, Hyundai is only providing me Towing facilities. Why I have taken a roadside assistance program when I can hire a towing van (makes more sense) and get it delivered to your workshop. Why am I not receiving the services that are mentioned by Hyundai on your website and also on the welcome note I received while signing up for the Roadside Assistance. (Key Feature- )Break Down/Accident : Roadside repair or vehicle recovery in case of breakdown/road traffic accident). I need assistance right now or refund my money in 24hours.
