Hyundai Motor India — theft from car in service center | |||
I gave my car for repairs to dee hyundai, lukerganj, allahabad up india on 16 nov18. Job card number 6916 dated 16nov 18. They did not even start the repairs till 26 dec18. I had to tell them that i would lodge a complaint against them with the company. Only then they moved and finally gave me back my car on 02dec178after a delay of 17 days. After taking the delivery i realised that the perfume and the lord ganesh emblem were missing from my car. They returned the perfume after i complained but did not return the lord ganesha emblem till date. This is very poor show of honesty and integrity for a reputed company like hyundai. I only hope that my car which was kept with the service center for 17 days was not used for their private ourposes or nefarious activities. One cannot be sure now . May i request that the company look into the matter and ensure that thefts do not take place from cars in their service centers. My speaking to the service center is yielding no results.
