Hyundai Motor India — theft of new car mats and putting old ones during first free service | |||
Sir/madam, I sandeep kumar, owner of i20, hr 12 ak 4198, went for my first free service at srishti hyundai, jind bypass road, rohtak, haryana, 124001 on 25 dec 2019. After service when i returned back with my car i was shocked and surprised that all new floor mats of my car were replaced by some old and small sized mats. Due to spreading of brown paper sheets on replaced old mats i was unable to notice the issue at service station. On contacting said service station they told me that there is nothing in our cctv footage and we can't help. I bought new i20 on 18th oct 2019 and was very happy to be associated with reputed company like hyundai. Trust of hyundai brand was main reason for buying hyundai car. But this incident yesterday shook my trust. I request you to kindly take notice of my complaint and make sure that person responsible for this incident is punished and my new mats be found out and returned to me. Being a proud owner of hyundai car i am very hopeful that my trust in your company will be reinstated and incident will be treated as "trust theft" from your esteemed customer.
