Hyundai Motor India — Totally defective car delivered

Hi, I have been in relation with Hyundai from past 9 years now. I bought a New Verna Fluidic last year (14 months back) with a great hope and healthy continued relation with Hyundai but i am sorry to say, Its like a total defective car is delivered to me. Thankfully you give a 2 Year Warranty that i have not been charged much yet but i am sure i will be paying large bills at the service station in the future if the problems i have faced continues the same way, One buys such car with a great hope and faith in the company. In Every few days i am facing troubles for something or the other. It started with the problem with the stiching of the cloth on the door trip for which when approached to the Service station was replaced and it was sad to have such problem with a brand new car but still i thought its okay but then the problems started arising so regularly with something or the other made me waiting sitting in your service station the past year. [1] Its Armrest started making noises in two months and i got it replaced then in next two weeks its [2]Silencer broke down, first the service center tried to put the blame on me that car might have been bumped due to my negligence but when questioned that where do you even see a single scratch on the base or on the car they agreed that it was defective from the start and got it replaced then after few days the[3] NEW ARM REST which was replaced before again started making noises for which i believe i was cheated again and the part delivered was not original and since then i am driving with those scratching noises, [4]again when i was nearing 15000Kms some noise started coming from the engine and for that the car was taken twice to Hyundai Service Station but guess the professional engineers failed to figure out the problem and i was delivered the car saying the problem has been resolved but the problem was still there. Still i had been polite and thought its okay probably they are facing a difficulty to get through that noise then again the 3rd time when i took one of the engineer on a request for a test drive he took one hour but thankfully he could understand what the fault was which was with the clutch and after 2 days the car was delivered to me and i was told that the clutch of the car had been replaced. The car was delivered to me in 3 days and problem was resolved then [5]after a month i had to push start the car as it was not taking the self, again i approached the service station for the same and after spending 5 hours at the station the car was delivered to me saying that there was some problem with the battery charging and again i faced the same problem the next day, [6] again i approached the service station by making a call and requested them to pick up the car from my address and they did and returned the car in the evening at the same address and told that they have fixed a service battery until the new battery comes to them and took the necessary documents from me. [7]After a week the new battery had come and was fixed which was not of the same size so the 'battery cover' could not be fixed and then again[8] after a month i faced a problem of the same noise from the engine which was resoled before by replacing the (clutch) of the car which when approached again been told that it will cost me around Rs. 30, 000/- and wont be done under warranty this time since it had already been done once, i mean what is this? The car is still under warranty and i am afraid that even if you change the part under warranty this time too i will face the same problem soon again after the expiry of the warranty period & that time i will have to keep bearing this cost again & again. I believe you understand my situation right now that what i had been through at your respected service station and if you go through all my job sheets i have with me you would know that the car most of the times had been in your service station rather it would have been me driving and enjoying the drive of the car.I believe you agree that the car delivered to me is totally defective and after the warranty expires i will be at the service station paying the bills and getting the parts changed all the time. I do not mean that Hyundai Verna is not a good car but i believe the car car delivered to me is a defective piece. I demand a fair compensation of all this mental trouble and mental harassment and demand a complete check and resolution of the problems of the car. Please revert back immediately. Even after buying a new car i have been been spending money on the public transports as my car had been in your authorized service station most of the time and never a standby car was provided to me. Please look into the matter immediately.
