Its really disheartening while writing this mail to u.this kind of service behaviour was nt at all expected from brand like hyundai..I h following grievances..

Fake promise from staff..
No ownership at any level..
Dint listen and understand the customer..
Pathetic service..

Car number hr05z 0303 ...given in trump Hyundai on 20.06.21...

Expecting resolution on priority..
