As below mail of continue sending Tucson car ac service problems, after that, we had received 2 to 3 times call but still not given information about parts received or not of any messages and my car still lay down at Hyundai service centre at Bhuj-Kutch-Gujarat. Also when we send mail to head office in Korea after that we have only received phone calls from Hyundai service station but they are not given my car still date.
Hyundai's car has the best technologies and nice car due to this reason I am permanents customers of Hyundai Company and I had purchased in my family 4 cars. But your company's dealers not given customers satisfaction and also staff and in-service station having less area and only try to talking sweet languages to customers for settling customer’s problems.
Hyundai's company’s impression goes down due to dealer’s policies. and only talking with customers to settle the issues is not good but to try to give the best service to customers and dealers' owners not give fully attended in staff persons, due to this reason we got a reply from staff what to do for these service problems and also in when doing Hyundai car service and parts dealers owners get good profits. So if dealers think I will give good customers satisfaction instead of not only get profits.
Hyundai's company’s prestigious are in dealers owners hand so if dealer's owners feels to give best service satisfaction to customers then Hyundai's company’s get nice prestigious from customers.
