I bought a brand new Alcazar on 28 april 2022 from Khanna Hyundai Yamunanagar
And its been two months and driven only 4000 km and there is a bulge on one of the tyre.
No positive feedback from khanna Hyundai they say tyre is a third party thing so they passed the complaint to APPOLO TYRE and they further rejected my warranty claim by saying its because of some accidental damage. Then i go for insurance and there insurance inspection official rejected it by saying its manufacturing defect i felt so helpless then i registered my complaint with Hyundai customer care. Next day received a call from APPOLO tyres and spoke so rudely that you have filed a complaint against us and hung the call please help me with this i have spent around 22 lacs to buy your car and now getting no response from your side
Suggestion for Hyundai motor india you break your tie up with APPOLO and go for some reliable brand Was this information helpful? |
