Hyundai Motor India — unethical behaviour , ripoff , scam, lies | |||||
Worst service ever received from hyundai. I have so far owned 3 cars from hyundai and all three were bought from hans hyundai, and honestly the experience was perfect so far. But it turned out to be a worst night mare as i booked car with AUTOWEB HYUNDAI. karol bagh. The amount promised for my i20 in exchange of creta was refused after the booking was made . Then the car was promised to be delivered on 8th by ( Amit Virmani ). Now when the delivery date is near, suddenly i get to know that my car has been delivered to another customer and i will get the delivery in the next lot ie 25th of this month. When i asked him that the delivery was to be made on 8th-jun-2018 then why do i have to wait, the reply was ( I can not give you delivery before 25th-june, you can cancel the booking and buy it from somewhere else.) and the cancelation charges will be paid my me.
