Hyundai India, the car manufacturer do not provide any address or email id in any of their documents like "owner's manual" or website. All business activity is based on call center, which do not create any trail of correspondence. Please ensure that any company operating in India shall, display their address including email id in their stationery and website. Complaint escalation process and procedure shall be known to every user. Any information shall be made available to potential user when demanded. If any body is having any complaint regarding their product or service, it should create a trace. To escalate to higher level if need arise, correspondence trail is very important.
