Hyundai Motor India — Unjustify cancellation charges by dealer - receipt no.159 | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I had booked on hyundai eon with Garve Motors- Waked Pune on 6th April'14 by paying cash advance of Rs.10, 000, immediately within 2 hrs. I had to cancel the booking and informed the dealer to not to go ahead with booking. On asking for the refund the dealer is claiming that the car was already allotted me within those 2hrs.and deducting 3000 cancellation charges for the same. The dealer didn't share the booking no.or the chasis no.nor did he shared the details which state that 3000 will be deducted for the cancellation. It is highly unlikely that the dealer would have done the booking within those 2hrs.which was after business hours. While I do not mind paying the administrative charges, it is completely unfair to charge me the cancellation charges when the booking was not done in the first place. I want an evidence of booking and cancellation from hyundai if you want your dealer lay me the cancellation charges else I want full refund of money. Request your intimation in this matter.
