I am writing this letter to place my complaint before you. It has been eleven years since i have been a client of hyundai.In 2004, i had purchased a vehicle (Santro xing) which i had used for three years. After the mentioned period, i had purchased another vehicle (Verna) in exchange of the former. I had to switch to the latter as; the former had started to develop rust on the front-right edge of the vehicle. I had reported the issue to the office, but i was told that the rust was developed as result of the water i had used to wash my vehicle.
As mentioned earlier, i later switched to verna which i have been using since 2008. Two years back, i had met with a minor mishap owing to which the paint on my vehicle was scraped off. I got it repaired and was fine unless it started developing rust. Encountering the same episode, i reported once more to the office on which i was told that the formation of the rust was the prior flaw of the material and there is nothing they could do about it.
To submit right now, i am also taking into picture an incident that almost knocked me down. On 16th october 2014, i had undertaken a long distance journey just after i had brought the vehicle from its service. During the journey i experienced a consistent tremor. On examination, it came to light that the nuts of the tyre were not fitted tight enough and a few of them missing too. On the 25th of january 2016, i witnessed a similar incident only to reassure the previous incident. As before, i brought my car from its service and set off to a long distance journey the following day. On my way, like before, i felt a quiver which arouse every time i speeded (Not beyond limits). Again on examination, it was found that four nuts of the same tyre were not fitted tight enough for its proper functioning.
A week later, my vehicle broke down midway my journey and i had to seek help from the on road service agency. I was asked on and on if there was any change made in the oil. Having replied that it was serviced only a week ago, they couldn’t believe that the vehicle had reached this condition only within a week.
To be more recent, i had rendered my vehicle for its service on 30th may, 2016 and took it back the same evening. I found out that the ac was not functioning at all and i rendered it for repair in a private service station where on opening the bonnet it was noticed that a pvc pipe of about 2.5” in diameter was left disconnected and a few nuts and bolts were found left unused.
Despite reporting many a times, i received no action in my favor, and hence i ink these words. I have been noticing that my payment is going in vain as i am suspicious if my vehicle is actually being serviced or not. I kindly appeal you to heed my needs without delay. Kindly oblige.
