been delivered after 25 days. I met with Car accident on Sep 20 and my Car was taken to GARAVE Hyundai, Wakad, Pune. I was advised that the car will be delivered on or before Sep 30, 2014. But my car has not been delivered that Day Bad Customer Service: The service adviser ( Jeetu ) never gives accurate response. Whenever I call them they advise me that they will call back. However, they do not call me back infect I have to call them again. The reason for car delay is that lift They say thet our lift is not working and your car is on 1st floor so unable to deliver the car on time. Because of this Irrelevant Expenses. I already have spent more than 20, 000 on taxi/Auto fare. Service Advisor delivered car on 17 Oct 2014. After i noticed that Central Remote locking is not working . Car is not cleanup properly. General Manger ( Rahul ) Who is not talking with costumer properly. Arrogant person. With due respect to Hyundai company, I seek a respectful answer and solution to this.
