I am Dr sreeshyam ks, owner of Creta automatic KL41 K 1991 was on regular company service. Recently completed service 1000km back.now my vehicle got break down at idukki, near damtop junction from today 2 pm . I tried many times to get a roadside assistants from hyundai . At last I got the contact of kumali team. When I explained the status of vehicle, they were arguing that the complaint is of battery. They asked to me check and charge the battery. It is shame on the hyundai service centre to insist the customer, especially who is trapped in a highrange region to bring a battery and himself to check. I multiple times informed that with the help of mecahnic I checked the battery status of vehicle and noticed as healthy. I was waiting for them for long time since 2 pm .
