[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Vehicle not checked properly | |||
I have Hyundai Verna. My vehicle regn. no. is DL 8C AE 2693. I had purchased it from Himgiri Hyundai Wazirpur Ind Area, Delhi. I had got the vehicle checked three times for the same problems, that are brakes not effective in bumpy roads and makes noise when applied, average of my car is 12.5 km per litre on highways, there is bubbling in car at speed above 100. When I got the vehicle checked last time on 08/08/2014, none of the problems above mentioned was rectified, instead two new problems, that are noise in clutch liver and broken fog light was found. When I complained the problem to service manager and T/L Rajesh Bansal, they again asked me to bring the vehicle for proper checking. When I conveyed my greivences to the service adviser Rajesh Rana, he told me that there is no problem in the vehicle and the average of 12.5km per ltr is fine for verna on higways and the average will not increase. At the time of purchase of vehicle, I was told that I will get an average of 18-19 km/ltr in city with A/C and 21-22 km/ltr on highways with A/C. I had complained to all the senior managers in service department of Himgiri Hyundai Wazirpur but not of them is taking any action. I want strict action to be taken against all of them and proper repairing of my car so that I do not get more harrased. Was this information helpful? | |||

Till yet, the problem has not been resolved and the company is claiming these problems are normal and can be neglected.
