Hello team this is the complaint regarding our fleet management company as justride tours and travels pvt ltd vehicle which is in your authorized service center kanchan hyundai mangalore padil in bodyshop under insurance claim Firstly above mentioned authorized dont know the process of the insurance and charged the parking charges of 23600 from the day one of the vehicle visited to the workshop according to the process they as to charge the customer after the declaration of total loss from the surveyor which your authorized as not done Bill sent on jan 7th for the payment due to auditing purpose we could not make the payment on time and made the payment on 5th feb Mr. Ganesh gm [protected] is asking as to pay again the parking charges from jan 7th to till date Which means you people are looting the money from the customer As we are one of the huge number of vehicle buyer of hyundai is this the service given to us from your end If this the way you are treating why should we buy the hyundai cars Kindly look in to this and solve the issue on priority further we are not ready to pay any more parking charges we want our vehicle back Hope the problem will be solved Kindly train the advisor and the management of kanchan hyundai how to speak with the corporate company Was this information helpful? | |||
