Hyundai Motor India — Very Much Annoyed with the kind of Service Given by Mithila Hyundai | |||
Hi, i have given my vehicle to Mithila Hyunday in Thane Mahaarashtra for accident repair but i was not at all satisfied with the work they have done & offered a very poor service. They were supposed to change Front & Rear Bumper, Repair & repainting of Bonnet & change of Headlight. LH. We all understand & assume when we give car to a Company dealer we expect the first quality work with an accuracy. which i didn't get. I have to check my vehicle 3 thrice as the paint what have been done is not a match one. 2nd : it was a ruff work done by the labours as everywhere it is having a pin holes & scretches. 3rd : Aftre given several reminders & showed the same error to the technical staff the bonnnet alignment was not in place. 4th : Have taken the car lastly but with scretches on it, cud not understand why is it so since they have painted it newly. I will not suggest any one to give the car at Mithila Hyundai. After showing all these points the management has no answer to it. I really surprised how cud they are so irresponsible..
