Hyundai Motor India — Very poor service from saboo hyundai trimulgherry | |||
Respected sir/madam, My name is shaik haseen basha, i approched saboo hyundai to purchase commercial vehicle. The agent who spoke with me is mr. C. Pavan. He said that it is bumper to bumper insurance. I said ok for that and proceeded. I purchased hyundai xcent car in saboo hyundai at tirumalgheery, my vehicle reg no is ts10ua7293, they said they will provide 10000rs accessories but they provided an ordinary seat covers, local mats and body cover., after calling n no. Of times they replaced ordinary seat covers, their service is very poor,... Recently my car met with an accident, when i claimed my insurance i came to know that the insurance coverage of my car is only 50%... Still now i dint received my edr amount too... What type of service the saboo hyundai is providing to customers? I am very disappointed by their service.. So, please help me...in resolving my edr issue and about my bumper to bumper insurance...
