Hyundai Motor India — Very Poor Service Quality | |||
I am Shyam Kumar, owner of Hyundai Vanue S1.2. I gave my car for 2nd free service today at 10:30AM. I received it back at 05:00PM. The service was very very poor. When I received my car, there is lot of dust at everywhere in the car & inside cleaning is not done properly. The dust was on all the seats, windows, front shield gaps & rear shield gaps. Inside the engine area, no cleaning has been done. All the areas were dirty. I have faced this problem 2nd time from the same service center. It's too much disappointing after having the same poor quality service after two services in a year. I have all the pictures from all the areas in front of the Hyundai executive who drops my car. After first service when I complained, they sent me free service voucher but it's not the solution every time as they don't want to improve their service quality. It's very very poor service I have got today. I am to much disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
