Hyundai Motor India — violation of assurance contract | |||
I bought hyundai i-20 active on 21st december 2017. I met with accident on 07.02.2018. I called road assistance and my car was picked up on 09.02.2018. The road assistance service dropped my car to gupta hyundai, shahdol on 09.02.2018. They did not contact me for what to be changed in my car and they are not making the delivery of my car. Hyundai gave me an assurance certificate to do all the help, but it is not coming to the ground and it is cheating with costumer.
