Owner of i20 sports 2016 model.
Myself with my Brother in Law had came to Una, Gujarat for Aurvedic treatment of cancer.
On returning to Navsari from Una, Gujarat my car got break down at una, Gujarat I took my car to Hyundai workshop but it was clearly denied that he is unable to do work and told us to take Amrili or sawar kundla, Gujarat. So on the way to Amrili my car was total stop running and gears have stop working completely. Then I contacted online and near by Hyundai workshop for toing my vehicle but each and every one were giving each other number but not a single person was arranging me toing vehicle after 2 hrs holt I request one local person who was driving tractor and he was ready to tou my car to Hyundai work shop which was near to savar kundla. Just as we we're just 1 km away from savar kundla, Gujarat I recived a call from Mr chetan who was working in hyundai at Amreli, Gujarat stating that savar kundla work shop will not be able to do as there is no such major break down facility. On reaching there the said person at Hyundai also refused to do work as he was also not having spare parts of gear box and instead of arranging for touing he told me to take to Amrili only.
Then I contacted other local gaurage person who was just 100 mts from Hyundai company work shop "somnath car care".
On investing it he should me that not a single drop of gear oil was there and due to it the break down has occure and even told me that your gear box is not damage from downside so there is no possibility for gear oil to be leak.
All the above issue I have discussed with Mr. Bhavin Naik, who is looking after service department at Navjeevan Hyundai Navsari.
Now the main issue is that I have my car for routine yearly service on 3.10.20 and after service my car has hardly run 50 kms at Hyundai Navjeevan, Kabilore, Navsari and specifically told the person who was in charge of servicing Mr Bhavin Naik and told him to change each and every oil i.e. engine oil, gear oil, filter etc. What ever is needed to be changed.
Now Mr Bhavin is not agree to accept his mistake. Instead of helping me very roudly he said to me to bring my car to his workshop which was 501 km from the local gaurage then only he will reply and cut my phone by saying that he has other work to do.
Dear Sir/madam who will bear this expenses and the trouble I am facing at this movement with cancer patients.
I know you are going write we sorry about inconvenience faced.
I request you to tell Navjeevan, Navsari to bear the expenses and make the matter close.
OR if you say shall I file case against Hyundai company and Navjeevan Cars, Navsari.
Such a worst after sales service given to your customers.
