[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Worst customer service by dealer | |||
Dear Concerned I have purchased a white Hyundai Xcent 5months back from Kaushalya Motors Kurukshetra Haryana(17.04.2014). At that time I have paid for mud flaps and foot mats(Which was compulsory as per them), but I was shocked to see that foot mats given to me were fake. When complained many times finally they have replaced it but even after 5 months I have not received mud flaps although payment was made to dealer 5 months back. As per dealer they have not received the stocks till now. Is it true??????? if yes then why did they charge me at that time?? It was a loan case and my bank has made them some excess payment but even after so many reminders they are not settling my account. Keep me posted what action are being taken on all the points Is it compulsory to buy mud flaps and mats from company. Why they are giving fake items Why the delay Why not settling my account.
