Purushotham on 28 th feb 2018 my creta eplus model, car no: ts 10 aetr2254, delivered, as promise by show room talwar hyundai as extra, 1) music system which was provided by show room was very cheap quality and not worknig properly and i already given rs 44, 000/- for this music system for best brand with good quality, low class cheap music system provided by show room and i complaint many times but no reply from day one of my car delivery and worst serivce by talwar hyundai person. I want new music system with good qualitiy. 2) at first show room promised as alloy wheels will be provided by them by taking extra charges, already for my alloy wheels fiting completed out side till date amount not refunded by show room, initially they told me that this process will be done by show room person but later they himself told me to do it put side i did completed this work outside but till date amount not received, so pathtic sitation worst service given my talwar hyaundai show room, refund my amount immd with out fail. I request u to take action on thease above poimts immd with any delay in promise if not refund my total amount i will return back car to u, very much disappointed by ur talwar hyundai show room.
