Hyundai Motor India — Worst experience with Hyundai Service Centre | |
got my hundai i10 car Reg no: HR26AY 7225 serviced on 27th March 2015 from Chaudhary Hundai in Bijnore.
They have charged around 10000. However I have paid the complete amount.
But after the service I am facing lot of issue. I am not able to start my car. Moreover I was stucked two times in the night on national
highway due to starting problem. I have contacted the service center many a times but till now my problem could not be solved.
I guess the parts that they have replaced during the service are defected or duplicate.
I am very much depressed with the service of Hyundai.
It is my worst experience with hyundai.
Although they have charged a big amount, still they could not provide good service.
This experience will not doubt demoralize the customer from approaching Hyundai authorized service center for service.
Now i realized it is much better to approach a local mechanic rather than authorized service center.
