Special Attention: I haven't received my car till date let's see whether is crosses quarter anniversary, half anniversary or a anniversary with the blessings of Hyundai WorkShop
Last year when I met with a minor accident with my car, the time services provided by Hyundai WorkShop was really good. From claim intimation to claim settlement and from workshop coordination. I got my car before the date conveyed by the workshop because Hyundai WorkShop had coordinated very well with the Insurance and me.
But my current experience has shocked me that a company like Hyundai WorkShop can do such things with a customer, I can say that it is next to mental harassment. In such a pandemic situation services should be much better at least for communication.
On Nov 07 i will complete a quarter anniversary of my car which is still parked at the workshop to be repaired.
I tried calling Hyundai WorkShop personally and he said approval is not given whereas Insurance had already sent approval on 25th Sep.
Then again con call blaah blaah blaah and all blame game between Hyundai WorkShop and Insurance guys.
So worksop agreed to start work and finish it within 10 to 12 days which means i would have got my car max by 15 Oct, but we urged to take a few more days and I was supposed to give my car by this sunday 25 Oct 2020.
However still no clear communication from Hyundai WorkShop when will i get my car, what's the bill, what is not covered, what is the sum i need to pay, when to reach there and how to take it forward...
Story is still continuing... GOD knows when i will get my car
Around 14 th oct i got photos of my car stating work is in progress and car parts are went to painting and will come in 2 or 3 days, hoping to get car by 25 oct was really happy
So 3 to 4 days before 25 Oct we called up again to re confirm as we have to book tickets and need to go all the way to Kolhapur to pick up the car
so again we got the same message parts in painting 2 more days it will be done.
So now when today I'm trying to get details of the car from Hyundai Workshop and BAJAJ Insurance.
Bajaj said they it will take more more 10 to 15 days
Hyundai Workshop still not aware how many days it will take
Need to ask a question to Hyundai WorkShop who's gonna bear my daily travelling expenses which has incurred to me through private cabs daily.
who's gonna bear my travelling expense to kolhapur to bring back my car.
And still don't know the status of the car, Hyundai WorkShop has a new tagline that seems like "Send your car to us and Forget it". If you're lucky, we will give it back to you as per our time.
If we have to do each and everything why we need to go to an authorized Hyundai Workshop, there are many other workshops with lesser charges and better services.
After such a horrifying experience I have already shared this experience with my all friends and colleagues and asked to stop all future kinds of relations with Hyundai as soon as possible and make sure that they also share experience in their group and make them stop also.
